1) DELIVERY;
All delivery dates are given in good faith but may be subject to delays caused by shipping delays or any other reason. Aces Eco Ltd t/a FG Specialist Door Company will not accept any consequential loss from any delay in delivery.

2) AGREEMENT;
Aces Eco Ltd . t/a FG Specialist Door Company (hereafter The Company) agrees to sell to the purchaser, the goods and services as described in ‘The Order’. The purchaser agrees to pay ‘The Company in the manner detailed overleaf and hereafter as per clause (4) for these goods and services.

3) EXTRAS;
No work will be done or services or materials supplied other than specified in ‘The Order). Should extra be required by the purchaser they must be on ‘The Order’.

4) PAYMENT & PRICE;
The purchaser agrees to the following payment structure . All prices include Door to Door delivery but exclude any import taxes or local charges.

All goods must be paid for in full upon requesting ‘The Order’.

​

Progression of order: All orders are manufactured to order , as such all orders are bespoke made. Because most orders are placed over the internet and various countries have statutory ‘Cooling Off’ periods. If you require faster delivery you must waive your rights under any ‘cooling off’ period by ‘ticking’ the WANTED SOONEST button on checkout.

5) CANCELLATION
This contract is not subject to cancellation other than as required by the consumer regulation as applicable in the UK at the time of order. The contract is deemed to have been made in the UK and UK laws are the sole arbitrator in any dispute.

6) SIZES
All sizes are OUTSIDE frame sizes, not just the size of the door leaf. Doors are supplied as complete Doorsets including outer frame for fitting and all hardware. , We offer all sizes but as standard, we offer USA door sizes and UK Door Sizes. It is the customer's responsibility to purchase the correct size.

7) GUARANTEE
The products are guaranteed against fault and defect for 12 months from the date of purchase. Where proprietary brands are supplied then the supplier's guarantee will be transferred to the customer eg; (hinges /hardware). Regular maintenance as recommended may be required. Guarantees are given in addition to customers' normal statutory consumer rights.

All guarantee claims require a return to our factory of the product claimed to be at fault basis. Guarantees are transferable upon sale of the purchaser's property to the new.

8) DESIGN;
Our policy is of continued improvement. We reserve the right, without any prior notice, to vary the design and specification within this contract as ‘The Company’ requires. Actions under this clause may be at any time as decisions in manufacture and on-site may have to be made without notice. Any delays caused by any alterations deemed necessary by ‘The Company’ shall not be deemed as a breach of contract.

9) COLOUR
‘The Company will not be responsible for changes in colour or composition due to weathering, normal wear and tear, adverse weather conditions or any other reason, or the matching of stains, paints or exterior or interior finishes on work undertaken. Bare woods may be treated with fillers, undercoat and primers, final finish and colour will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Unless specified overleaf ‘The Company@ will not be responsible for what in our opinion is not consistent with fair wear and tear. Mechanical devices such as locks ,handles, hinges are guaranteed for the initial 12 month period only.

10) SUPPLY ONLY

You will require a competent person or decen t DIYer to install our products. Our doors are East-Fit and come comple te wi th ins truc tions. Our Technical depar tmen t is available for technical fi t ting queries.

11) OWN MEASUREMENTS;
Customers own measurements are deemed to have been supplied. Handmade products may have a tolerance of plus/minus 6mm each way. No guarantee for suitability of it can be given if our products are within tolerance. Full specifications are available prior to order. And are supplied upon request.

12) BOUND BY TERMS
‘The Company’ and the ‘ Customer agree to be bound by the terms in this contract which is deemed to have originated in England and the Laws of England shall have legal authority should any dispute arise.

13) FLAWS IN GLASS OR MATERIALS. No fault is accepted unless clearly visible from 2 metres away. (line of sight as recognised by the GGF.
